Refund Policy

At AlephTav Media Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the service provided, we offer a refund within 30 days of the initial service date.

To be eligible for a refund, clients must adhere to the following conditions:

1.     Requests for refunds must be made within four weeks from the date of the initial service.

2.     The client must express dissatisfaction with the service provided and outline specific reasons for the refund request.

3.     Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@alephtav-media.com and include the client’s name, contact information, and details of the service provided.

4.     Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the refund request and will be issued.

Please note that the refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the signed agreement between AlephTav Media and the client. Refunds will only be granted in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
